HR 49, HR 521, and HR 335
It's a good thing that this is not the "do nothing" congress of yesteryear, or who knows how little would be on the schedule this week? The only three bills the house is considering are these. The Senate is still considering S/HR 2, on the minimum wage.
HR 49 renames a Vail, CO post office the "Gerald R. Ford, Jr" post office building, HR 521 renames a Rock Island, Il post office the "Lane Evans" post office, and HR 335 renames a Laramie, WY post office the "Gale W. McGee" post office.
These bills do not need or deserve commentary.
Because Congress should either do something this week, or take the whole week off, I would endorse a vote of ABSTAIN.
